BIS was privileged to provide technical façade and installation support during the construction of the Dangote Headquarters in Ikoyi, Lagos — a flagship project that reflects both companies’ shared commitment to precision and excellence.
cHURCHGATE tOWER
The Churchgate Group, known for its premium real estate and commercial developments, entrusted BIS with remedial façade and structural restoration works on the Churchgate Towers 1 & 2 in Lagos. This collaboration allowed BIS to showcase its strength in façade maintenance, water- proofing, and architectural engineering( focusing on leakage prevention across skylights and façade systems).BIS’s partnership with the Lagos State Government has included various public-sector and urban development projects where we provided façade systems, fittings, and finishing works in compliance with state standards.
